“The team that I heard last night… keep your eye on the Spurs,” Gambadoro said. “KD could have some interest in the Spurs — that may be a good landing spot for him with Fox and Wemby… a team on the rise.”

Durant's reported openness to the Spurs aligns with his history of joining teams with strong foundations and championship upside. The prospect of playing alongside Wembanyama, one of the most unique talents in NBA history, and Fox, a dynamic All-Star point guard, could be enough to pique Durant’s interest in finishing his career on a contending roster.
